Product Overview
The LK1020 2kW Air-Cooled On-board Charger is a compact, high-efficiency charging solution designed for various electric vehicles.
Using fully digital control and high-performance SiC devices, the charger features intelligent operation, strong protection, and excellent system stability. It employs advanced phase-shifted PWM softswitching technology, achieving peak efficiency above 94%.
The unit communicates with the vehicle's monitoring system via a CAN interface, allowing real-time parameter adjustment. It offers comprehensive protection against over-voltage, over-current, shortcircuit, and overheating.
Built with a die-cast aluminum housing (IP67-rated) and automotive-grade components, the charger delivers high power density, lightweight design, and reliable performance across diverse EV charging applications.
